HOPPR provides a 2-years warranty for all products, valid from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all functional aspects of your HOPPR luggage. The warranty does not apply to cosmetic wear and tear, misuse or abuse, damages caused by negligence or accident by any third party, particulary flight or transport damages.

How do I claim a HOPPR  warranty?

 To claim our warranty, all you need to do is send us an email to hopprlifestyle@gmail.com  You can also fill in the details of your claim online. Please have a proof of purchase (online order number, shop receipt) ready. Pictures showing the problem with your HOPPR are a great help as well. We will contact you upon receipt of your message to discuss further proceedings.

 My suitcase was damaged during the flight. Do I need to do a claim with the airline within the 2-years warranty period?

 HOPPR's warranty covers all functional aspects of your HOPPR suitcase. The warranty does not apply to cosmetic wear and tear, misuse or abuse, damages caused by negligence or accident by any third party, particularly flight or transport damages. We highly recommend to inspect your HOPPR suitcase immediately after retrieval from transport handling and immediately report any damage to the carrier (i.e. airline or railway company) who is insured against this.
